Introduction of Mr. Chen Shuzhen
Chen Shuzhen, the general manager of Hebei Acrobatics Troupe. He is the best professional performing artist in China, the member of the China Acrobatic Artists Association and vice-chairman of Hebei Acrobatic Artists Association.
Mr. Chen is versed in many acrobatic acts. He has more talent than any other performers ought to have. His main acts include “Scared Jar-juggling”, “Lions Dance”, “Collective Human Pyramid”, “Rotating Hoops Diving”, “Meteors” and “Mulan”, etc. Among these acts, “Scared Jar-juggling” is most wonderful and unique. This act made Mr. Chen won the bronze lion cup on the Third China Wuqiao International Circus Festival, won the bronze cup on the Italian Milan International Circus Festival, won the golden lion cup on the fifth China Wuqiao International Circus Festival. Moreover, his other acts won many big prizes as well. The act “Lions Dance” is the winner of golden lion cup on the First China Wuqiao International Circus Festival, the program which his act as the leading role - “Collective Human Pyramid” won the golden lion cup on the Second China Wuqiao International Circus Festival.
In 1994, Mr. Chen awarded “The Youth Expert” by Hebei provincial government. From 1995 to 1999 he awarded “The Contributor to Artistic Flourish” by Hebei provincial government. In 2000 and 2001 he awarded “The Best Professional Performing Artist” and in 2004 he awarded “Hebei Excellent Youth”.
Since he became the general manager, Hebei Acrobatics Troupe has visited over 30 countries and regions. Our young performers have won many domestic and international circus competitions. |
